What the service does
You give us the address of one web page. Each week we load that page, check its links and look at its forms, and email you a report. We only read the page. We never fill in or submit a form.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send the report and talk to you about your subscription.
- The page address (URL) you ask us to check, and the results of each weekly check, such as which links worked or failed and what we saw about each form.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe, not us. You pay on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe gives us your email address, your subscription status and payment confirmations. Stripe's own privacy policy explains how it uses your data.
- Your billing country, which Stripe gives us at checkout. We keep the country code and a yes or no flag for the United States, so we know which emails we may send you.
- Basic technical data, such as the time of your visit and your IP address, which our hosting provider may record in standard server logs.
We do not ask for passwords and we do not collect anything from your forms. Please do not give us a page that needs a login.
Why we use it
We use your data to run the service, send reports, take payment through Stripe, answer support emails, keep records we are required to keep, and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payments.
- An email delivery service, to send reports and receipts.
- Sequenzy (Nic Tech Solutions, LLC, United States), our email service provider. It acts as our processor and sends our setup, billing and account emails on our behalf, for example a reminder to finish setup, failed payment notices and a cancellation confirmation. We send it your email address, the page address you asked us to check, your subscription status, your billing country code and the United States flag, and the channel tag from the link you arrived by. We use it only to send those emails and to honour unsubscribes. Sequenzy's own privacy policy is at sequenzy.com/privacy.
- Our hosting provider, to run the website and the checks.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We may share data if the law requires it.
Where data is kept
We are based in the United States. Our providers may store data in the United States or in other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it to run the service and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as set out below.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to support@aftertheform.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal, or by emailing support@aftertheform.com. The portal is the Reubika LLC billing portal. Reubika LLC runs more than one business on the same Stripe account, so the portal page may show other branding (see our terms). If privacy law where you live gives you further rights, we will honour them.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. When you start checkout we keep the channel tag from the link you arrived by (for example utm_source) and the site you came from, on your order, so we can see which channel brought a subscriber. It is not tied to any cookie. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above, and tell subscribers by email if the change is important.
